  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup chopped cilantro (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the seasoned chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked; the internal temperature should reach 165°F. Let rest before slicing.
