  • 2 cups pumpkin puree

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two large or three smaller loaf pans.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients: gluten-free flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients: eggs, water, pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, and oil until well blended.
  4. Gradually mix the dry ingredient blend into the wet mixture until fully combined; avoid overmixing.
  5. Pour the batter evenly into prepared pans and bake for approximately one hour or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Allow cooling in pans for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
