  • Black peppercorns (2-3, crushed)
  • Smoked tea leaves (optional, 1 tablespoon)

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 cups of water in a saucepan over medium heat until it reaches a rolling boil.
  2. Add grated ginger, crushed cardamom pods, cloves, cinnamon stick, and crushed black peppercorns to the boiling water. Simmer for about 5 minutes to extract flavors.
