  • 6 ounces Cream Cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup Sour Cream
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Onion Powder
  • 2 tbsp Dried Chives
  • 1 medium Cucumber (cut into slices)
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Green Onions

Instructions
