  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 12 slices cheddar cheese, cut into small squares
  • 24 small pickle slices
  • Ketchup and mustard, for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Arrange the frozen tater tots on the baking sheet and bake according to package instructions until golden and crispy (approximately 20–25 minutes).
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into 24 small patties.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and cook each patty for about 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Add cheese on top in the last minute of cooking to melt.

  6. Serve warm with ketchup and mustard for dipping.
