Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup butter
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ⅓ cup white chocolate chips (melted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13 inch baking pan with foil and lightly spray it with cooking spray.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, melt the butter. Stir in the cocoa powder until well combined and set aside to cool slightly.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together the eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil until light and foamy. Add the cooled butter/cocoa mixture and stir until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
  6. Decorate each brownie by piping melted white chocolate in a spider web design using a ziplock bag.
